Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is sent.
Delivery
We only offer Standard Delivery.
- Delivery time: 3–10 working days
- Delivery is completely free
- All costs included: Shipping, taxes and import fees are all paid by us. You will not pay anything extra on delivery.
- Note: Times are estimates only and may change due to courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
You will get a tracking link by email once your order is sent. If you do not receive it within 3 days, please contact us.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because you gave the wrong address or refused delivery, you will need to pay for it to be sent again. Refunds will only be given when we receive the item back in good condition.
